In this most recent episode, we were joined by the Head Coach of Swarthmore College Men’s Basketball, Shane Loeffler.

We sat down with Shane Loeffler for a LIVE conversation.

Get to Know Coach Loeffler

Coach Loeffler got his start as a basketball player at Swarthmore College, where he was team captain and helped to lead a program turnaround.

After graduation, he spent time coaching D3 basketball at Randolph College in Virginia, which plays in the ODAC - one of D3’s toughest basketball conferences.

After Randolph, he was hired back to Swarthmore by his former coach Landry Kosmalski to be part of the coaching staff that would ultimately help elevate Swarthmore into a national contender, contributing to multiple Centennial Conference championships and deep NCAA Tournament runs, including a D3 Men’s Final Four appearance.

Coach Loeffler is heavily involved in player development, scouting, and recruiting, helping identify and develop high-academic student-athletes who fit Swarthmore’s unique culture and style of play.

Known for his attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with players, Loeffler has been instrumental in maintaining Swarthmore’s high standard both on the court and in the classroom.
